My name is Eileen Bennett and I’ve been blessed throughout my lifetime(s) to have gathered a useful amount of knowledge, information, and wisdom. Most of it did not come easy!

I’ve also been blessed with the ability to distill it all into a format that can be used as a roadmap to help others navigate this adventure called life.

It may sound very grand and lofty, but I believe that my mission is to transform the world from the inside-out – one beautiful soul at a time!

I must admit, when I first became aware of this, my ego was delighted! However, ego was quickly replaced by humility as I realised that this mission required that the first beautiful soul needing my attention was my own.

Transforming from the inside-out is a lifelong process that begins and ends with each individual. A beautiful thing happens when a person begins to transform from the inside out! They naturally want to help others do the same. I call this phenomenon The Empowerment Effect.
